PROCESSING TIME:
Each bandana is cut and sewn after placing the order, so please allow 3-5 business days for working the magic and make your beautiful bandanas come to life.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (ROMANIA ONLY):
We ship orders all over the country with Fan Courier. The packages are delivered in 1-2 business days after being sent. The cost is 5 EUR, tracked service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship worldwide with our partners DHL Express, DPD Courier and Romanian Post. We try to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.
We offer free Domestic and Standard International Shipping for orders over 100 EUR. You can also choose DHL Express for orders over 100 EUR, the Standard Shipping Cost being deducted from this one.

STANDARD SHIPPING: 1-3 weeks shipping time, via Romanian Post Priority Service, tracked service. Depending on the route to the destination country, daily updates might not be available.
Please note that due to COVID-19 pandemic, delays up to 1-2 extra weeks might occur to some destinations.
DPD COURIER: available as standard shipping carrier for Zone 1 and as an optional service for Zones 2 and 3. Shipping timing varies depending on your location (from 3 to 6 business days).
DHL EXPRESS: 1-4 business days, delivery at your door. Please note that DHL will not ship to PO Boxes or postal codes.
Import & Customs taxes:
Please note that for deliveries to countries outside the EU, import duties or taxes and customs charges may be payable in the recipient’s country and are solely the responsibility of the recipient. They will not be refunded by us should you wish to cancel your order or to return any goods to us for exchange or refund.
